The short version: the extension moves data between two places that already belong to you — your doTERRA myOffice back office and your own GoHighLevel sub-account. Your organization’s data never reaches our servers.

What the extension reads

When you click the extension and start a read, it collects the rows of the Detailed Genealogy and order reports that you can already see in your own doTERRA myOffice session: member name, e-mail, member type, enrollment and last-order dates, and the genealogy structure. It reads only inside your own authenticated myOffice session, only on doTERRA domains, and only when you ask it to.

Where it sends that data

The data you choose to sync is sent directly to your own GoHighLevel sub-account through the official HighLevel API (services.leadconnectorhq.com), authenticated with the Private Integration token that you create in GoHighLevel and paste into the extension. It creates or updates contacts, custom fields and tags in that sub-account. The connection is HTTPS.

That is the only external destination for your members’ data. It is not sent to Leadspire, to us, or to any third party.

What is stored, and where

Your settings — your license key, your GoHighLevel token and your Location ID — are stored locally in your browser (Chrome storage), so you don’t have to paste them every time. They stay on your device and sync only through your own Google account if you have Chrome sync on. No member data is kept in local storage after a sync completes.

What the extension never does

• It does not send your data to us or to any advertising, analytics or tracking service.
• It does not sell your data or use it for any purpose other than the sync you request.
• It does not track your browsing, and it runs on no site other than doTERRA and the HighLevel API.
• It does not open a session of its own — it works only inside the sessions you are already logged into.

License key

Your license key is stored locally and used to unlock the extension. If a license check is performed, it transmits only the key and your GoHighLevel Location ID — never any member data — to verify the key is valid. Payments for the license are handled on this website by Stripe; the extension never sees payment details.

Data deletion

Removing the extension from Chrome deletes everything it stored on your device. Contacts already synced live in your own GoHighLevel sub-account and are managed by you there. For anything held by this website (your e-mail, license key, purchase reference), write to us and we will delete it.
