The short version: your organization's data never touches our servers.
GHL Sync for myOffice reads your doTERRA myOffice back office in your own browser session and sends the data you select directly to your GoHighLevel sub-account through the official HighLevel API, using the Private Integration token you created. We do not receive, store, or process your members' data.
When you buy a license we store: your email, the license key(s), the purchase reference from Stripe, and — once you activate — the GoHighLevel Location ID the key is bound to, plus the date of the last license check. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
If the extension verifies your key, that request contains only the key and your GHL Location ID — never member data. See the extension privacy policy for the full detail of what the extension reads and where it sends it.
