The short version: your organization's data never touches our servers.
GHL Sync for myOffice reads your doTERRA myOffice back office in your own browser session and sends the data you select directly to your GoHighLevel sub-account through the official HighLevel API, using the Private Integration token you created. We do not receive, store, or process your members' data.
When you buy a license we store: your email, the license key(s), the purchase reference from Stripe, and — once you activate — the GoHighLevel Location ID the key is bound to, plus the date of the last license check. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
When the extension verifies your key or team access code, it sends the key, your GHL Location ID, the name of your GHL sub-account and the doTERRA member ID and name of the account owner — never data about your members. We keep these with your activation, together with the number of contacts written by each sync (a count only).
